Orders are accepted from 9:00-20:00

If the order has been paid before 9:00, delivery within a few hours (subject to the availability of the entire range) Orders after 9:00 are delivered within one day. If we have the opportunity to deliver flowers earlier, we will do it with pleasure!

To deliver your order on a holiday like Valentine’s Day, February 14th, or International Women’s Day, March 8th, it is advised to place your order well in advance. We cannot guarantee the delivery time on these busy holidays (February 13-14 + March 7-9)

 

Please note that in the absence of the recipient at the specified address and at the specified time, after a 15-minute wait, the courier is authorised to transfer the order to a reliable third party (relative, neighbour, hotel administrator, doorman, etc., if possible). If we are unable to contact you to clarify information on the delivery of the order, the bouquet will be returned by the courier to our store until the situation is clarified. Any repeated attempts at delivery are subject to payment.

 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that orders are accepted only after 100% prepayment. Of course, we trust our clients, therefore, documentary confirmation of payment can be considered a sufficient basis for fulfilling an order. You can send a copy of the payment order to us by e-mail - Instagram - online chat or in Viber. Please keep the original receipt.

 

We are not liable to the client (payer) if the payment service with which the client pays for the order violates the terms of the contract or sets additional fees.
